I genuinely just like science
I have been teaching science and maths for over 15 years. Whether it's in school or as a private tutor, I enjoy teaching science (as my family and friends could no doubt tell you).
I also want to see my students do well. If that means staying an extra hour after school, or providing extra revision sessions during the holidays, that's what I do.

cpd for counsellors
I deliver continual professional development (CPD) workshops to counsellors around neuroscience and mental health. Topics include the structure and function of the brain, behaviour patterns, common conditions related to mental health and more.

working with teachers abroad
I have worked and provided support to teachers of all science subjects at home and abroad. This support can range from tailored one-to-one meetings with teachers to meetings with groups. It can be in the form of advice for running practicals to a large group, to using cognitive load theory to develop resources.
